Opening a folder is just filtering the same list. Same sections, same rows, nothing new to learn.
Like Files or Notes: folders on the first screen, links inside. Tidy, but every link is one tap further away and "your turn" is hidden inside folders.
One scrolling list, a heading per folder, each group can fold. Everything is visible, but your-turn items are spread across groups.

Swipe a row (or long-press) for Move and Archive. Move opens a short sheet where a new folder is made inline. A link is in at most one folder.
